Please note that the T&C may be edited or changed at any

Ordering a Custom Wrap
You can contact us by Facebook and request a custom designed
wrap.
We will send you photos of the colors and a small “mock-up”
as requested.
Please note that the colors presented on your computer
screen might be a bit different from the actual thread colors.
Warping
Please be advised that we may choose (and often do) to warp
more than the length you requested for your wrap.
We retain the right to sell or do what we please with the
“extra” warp.
We may or may not change weft colors after weaving your part
of the warp. If this is an issue, please let us know.
If you want to share a warp with another person (“sister
wraps”), let us know.
Paying the Deposit
We will only begin working on a wrap if the deposit has been
paid in advance. If one has not paid the deposit yet, she may lose her spot on
the list or be bumped down.
The deposit is half the value of the wrap, excluding shipping
costs.
The deposit is to be paid via Paypal.
Shipping
The wrap, once completed, will only be shipped after the
final payment + shipping fee has been received.
We ship be registered mail from Israel using the Israel Post
service. If you are interested in alternative shipping couriers (Fedex, etc.)
let us know.
Refunds and Returns
Essentially, there are no refunds or returns. Please be
advised that every wrap is a lot of hard work and time. If you have any
questions or requests (colors, designs, etc) please contact us before we
start working on your order.
Quality
We do our upmost to ensure the wraps are of the highest
quality. However, as is with any hand-woven fabric, there might be some
“charms”. For example, weaver’s knots, weft changes, thickening of the thread,
etc. These imperfections do not compromise the safety of the wrap.
